PK78930: OMPE THREAD REUSE COUNT INFORMATION PROBLEM

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Cust env: OmPE V410, DB2 V8.1
  Cust problem: After we applied PTF about displaying CICS thread
  reuse count, a symptom similar to error occurred.
  This issue is that Omegamon DB2 display wrong CICS thread reuse
  count. We are guessing this issue may be an error of Omegamon
  DB2.
  CICS transaction environment is ENTRY THREAD and not protected
  and RELEASE bind option of PLAN, Packages are both 'Commit'.
  So we guess that it don't reuse CICS thread.
  But Omegamon DB2 displays many thread reuse counts for DB2
  entry.
