    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
The module DSN3ID00 is repeatedly fetched from DSNLOAD library
what causes overhead on I/O oprations to DASD.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
RRSAF IDENTIFY function uses DSN3ID00 to establish connections
to DB2 subsystems. DSNARRS issues LINK macro to call DSN3ID00.
z/OS brings DSN3ID00 to virtual storage and deletes it after
return to DSNARRS because it was a LINK.
Just one time use of LOAD macro avoids the overhead processing
because z/OS will find a copy of DSN3ID00 in Job Pack Area.
PE Server subtask will load and keep DSN3ID00 load module in
virtual storage until PE Server subtusk ends.
