Error description

• FPA RELOAD gets ABENDU3209 after successful FPA UNLOAD with
  NEWACB which has new inserted segments.
  Likewise, FPA CHANGE with IMSACB which has new inserted
  segments also receives an ABENDU3209.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: FPA RELOAD gets ABENDU3209 after        *
  *                      successful FPA UNLOAD with NEWACB which *
  *                      has new inserted segments.              *
  *                      Likewise, FPA CHANGE with IMSACB which  *
  *                      has new inserted segments also receives *
  *                      an ABENDU3209.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  FPA UNLOAD successfully ended with NEWACB which had new inserted
  segments. But FPA UNLOAD set the parent segment code of IMSACB
  to Unloaded Segment Record (USR) however the parent segment code
  was changed in NEWACB. Then FPA RELOAD got U3209 ABEND.
  Similarly, FPA CHANGE with IMSACB which has new inserted
  segments got U3209 ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• The macro HFPZSIT has been modified to add the new parent
  segment code field in SIT (Segment table entries) for USR file
  output.
  The module HFPFSIT0 has been modified to set the new parent
  segment code to the new parent segment code field in SIT.
  The module HFPJPTR0 has been modified to set to prefix of USR
  from the new parent segment code field in SIT.
