Error description

• While parsing an LEFT OUTER JOIN with a QUALIFIER on panel
  ANLPFILE messages ANL1009W and DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104 are
  generated.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS
  1. Running DB2 V9CM the EXPLAIN REPORT shows the following:
     Variables set by examining the SQLCA after connect
     New function mode is set to YES
     VERS: V9R1
     RELS: 910
     The code will be changed to show the following:
     Variables set by examining the SQLCA after connect
     'New function mode is set to NO'
     VERS: V9R1
     RELS: 910
