APAR status

Error description

• This APAR will add function to CCF to dynamically close a
  logstream in the event of an error, or if requested by the user
  via IMS command. This would allow the customer to dynamically
  close the logstream on all IMS subsystems, and then delete and
  define the logstream. There would then be another operator
  command made available to dynamcially open the logstream and
  restart logging of the IMS messages.
