  HPIC V4R1 terminates with ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ) around offset
  X'310C' in module FABJRDBx, when all of the following conditions
  are satisfied:
  - APAR PK69500 is applied
  - HPIC recovery function is executed with LIU V2.1 Integrity
  Cheker.
  
  The cause of the problem is that HPIC incorrectly refers the
  virtual storage area that is not accessible.
