APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A program has been pre-compiled with a determined number of SQL
  statements. In the pre-compilation process, one of the SQL
  statements ends abnormally. The program was changed by
  commenting out the bad SQL statement. The program was
  pre-compiled again but Bind Manager checked the new DBRM with
  the old one and decided that a new BIND was not necessary. The
  following message was received:
  BND004I Processing completed successfully, bind not required.
