Error description

  • The statement in 'DSN810.xxxx.SCKZDBRM(CKZ00627)'

       WHERE TYPE ^= 'A' AND TYPE ^= 'G'

will return an error in the bind process.

This error occurs because the circumflex character
'^' appears as a 'cents' character in CCSID 1145
    (spanish euro) or 282 (portuguese).

This problem may not be limited to Spanish euro and Portugese
but may occur in other CSSIDs as well.
