PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Slow response in OMEGAMON Classic when larger number of threads
or large number of locks, due to processing of all exceptions
at enter key.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Exception processing has been enhanced to only process those
exceptions that are applicable to a given screen.
