  APAR PK77325 corrects the following problems for all user of
  Program Restart Facility:
  1. PRF mishandles applications without any database PCB's that
  issued symbolic checkpoints without providing user checkpoint
  areas on the CHKP call resulting in a U0102 abend during
  extended restart processing.
  2. PRF ignores the special NOMSGxxx checkpoint ID's if they are
  specified in the customizeable IRT#CPID checkpoint ID override
  module.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to correct the above problems.
