APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After the OM PE server was running for a couple of weeks we see
  an incorrect value in the 'Write NOWAIT Requests' field within
  the TEP workspace 'Log Manager'. The value we see is
  '-1234066267'. This seems to be some sort of an overflow in TEP.
  
  In addition - distributed data received and send overflow in
  Thread Detail Exception workspace
