Online Pointer Checker gets ABENDS0C1 in HFPQMAI0 at X'3F6' when
FULLSTEP=YES and TYPRUN=RPT are specified, FULLSTEP=YES and
TYPRUN=PTRALL are specified, or FULLSTEP=YES is specified and
TYPRUN is not specified, after PK74388/UK41566 has been applied.
HFPQMAI0 sets a HFPQMLO0 entry address in incorrect position.
