Error description

• With Data Capture Changes turned on, image copies are now only
  needed for tablespaces that are compressed and then only when a
  utility has possibly rebuilt the compression dicitionary. There
  was an issue while tabling and searching of the individual image
  copies for partitioned tablespaces after a recent REORG that
  resulted in the message being issued when in fact useable image
  copies existed. This APAR fixes that condition.
