Problem conclusion

• The AC and BINDERROR parameters have been moved from the input
  parameter to an input file ADBTEPIN.
  
  Running auto-check for a non-work statement  list was not
  possible, so the AC() parameter is removed from the input
  file ADBTEPIN in such cases.
  
  Panel ADB27PTR has been changed to show the length of the column
  
  A message is written to the job output when no statement is
  imported.
