  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The RECTRACE output for IFCID 22 is not accurate enough as the
  value is a FLOAT and the report does not show any decimal
  positions.
  The same is true for the SQLACTIVITY TRACE containing IFCID 22
  information.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The formatting logic of the Reporter has been enhanced to
  include two decimal positions when formatting QW0022OS ("COST")
  for display in the RECTRACE TRACE and SQLACTIVITY TRACE report
  sets.
