Error description

• -  ABENDS0C4 INTC 10 OR 11 IN IZTCSA03.  THIS ABEND COULD
  HAPPEN DURING IMS RESTART, EXECUTING THE ONLINE TABLE
      REFRESH IN IZTRAN OR AS PART OF THE BATCH RELOAD (IZTLOAD).
   -  MEMBER IZTD1INI OF AIZTSAMP CONTAINS AN INCORRECT JCL
     PARAMETER (STORCLASS).

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  1. ABENDS0C4 INTC 10 or 11 in IZTCSA03. This abend could happen
  during IMS RESTART, executing the Online Table Refresh in
  IZTRAN or as part of the batch reload (IZTLOAD).
  2. Memebr IZTD1INI of AIZTSAMP contains an incorrect JCL
  parameter (STORCLASS).
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The ABENDS0C4 occurs when module IZTCSA03 is attempting to
  determine the protect key of the storage that is to be freed.
  At the point of the failure IZTCSA03 is running disabled
  for interrupts, and if the table is paged out the abend will
  occur.
  Program IZTCSA03 has been changed to test the storage protect
  key before it becomes disabled for interrupts.
  2. The spelling of STORCLAS has been corrected in AIZTSAMP.
