  ABEND0C4-04 KO2CIFI2+2428 (PK65753 level) on a 0E0E (MVCL)
  with R14 all zeroes.  This occurred while processing IFCID 150
  (AGENT LOCKs) records.
  Can also fail with ABEND0C4 KO2CIFIA+1994 (PK73953 level).

  When stopping the OMPE Server, a timer post the different tasks
  started by the OMPE Server. It may happen that the TCB to post
  has already been terminated.
