Error description

• Doing an UNLOAD of a multi-partition table only unloads the
  first partition. This occurs because of the value for the TYPE
  column in SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACE.                  PB 9681

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An unload processed natively (DB2 NO    *
  *                      or DB2 YES with supported select        *
  *                      statement) on a partitioned tablespace  *
  *                      only unload data for the first          *
  *                      partition. HPU doesn't read from the    *
  *                      other partitions, the unload            *
  *                      statistics report shows only one page   *
  *                      read for all partitions except          *
  *                      partition 1 that is read correctly.     *
  *                      This occurs in the following case:      *
  *                      - The TS must be defined as LARGE and   *
  *                       DSSIZE is not set in the               *
  *                       SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACE :                 *
  *                      In DB2 V7 and DB2 V8, if DSSIZE is not  *
  *                      specified in the CREATE TABLESPACE,     *
  *                      the column DSSIZE of the                *
  *                      SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACE is left blank,     *
  *                      even if LARGE is specified (LARGE is    *
  *                      equivalent to DSSIZE=4G). Since DB2 V9, *
  *                      the DSSIZE column is systematically     *
  *                      set for newly created tablespaces.      *
  *                      - One of the 2 following conditions     *
  *                       should also be true:                   *
  *                          * TS is defined as MEMBER CLUSTER   *
  *                           and the number of partitions is    *
  *                           strictly between 17 and 64         *
  *                          * The number of partitions is       *
  *                           greater than 254 and the page      *
  *                           size is strictly greater than 4K   *
  *                          (8 16 or 32).                       *

  to correclt determine the DSSIZE when it is not specified in the
  DB2 Catalog.
