Error description

• To work properly in case of abnormal situations, the "RESOURCE
  MANAGER" loadmodule DGOVRM01 is required to be available in the
  system LINKLIST concatenation of datasets. The DGOVRM01 can be
  either copied into a library which is already in the LINKLIST,
  or it can be copied to a library which concatenates to the
  LINKLIST. This APAR/PTF delivers a sample JCL which creates
  a dataset dedicated to the product (- recommended type is
  TKO2LINK -) and populates this dataset with the loadmodules
  which are expected to be available in the linklist.
