  not found; is issued even if correct root key is entered on
  Initial Selection panel.

  *                      enters root key, MSGFABZ028E Invalid    *
  *                      key specified or key not found; is      *
  *                      issued even if the input key is         *
  *                      correct.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  MSGFABZ028E Invalid key specified or key not found; for correct
  root key is shown when either of the following conditions meet:
  
  1. DEDB databases that has SDEP and DEPENDENT defined with DBLE
     option in PARENT= parameter.
  2. DEDB databases that has DEPENDENT with SSPTR parameter.
  
  In these cases, Database Repair Facility can not calculate the
  root segment prefix length correctly and fails to find out the
  root key in the segment. This result in the MSGFABZ028E
  even if the input root key is correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• Database Repair Facility is changed to calculate the root key
  prefix length correctly.
