Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool V72.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This  APAR  adds support  for  native   *
  *                      stored  procedures in  Admin  catalog   *
  *                      navigation, and other catalog-related   *
  *                      changes for DB2 Version 9.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The following items for DB2 V9 catalog navigation are added:
  
  - Support for the  new SYSENVIROMENT catalog table is provided
    with a  new Environment  Variables display panel,  ADB21ENV,
    plus new help and Interpretation panels. ADB21ENV is invoked
    with  the new line command ENV,  which displays  an object's
    environment variables on ADB21ENV and is available on panels
    ADB21J(Triggers),  ADB21X(Indexes),  ADB21O(Procedures), and
    ADB21F(Functions).
  
  - Support for native stored procedures is added on Stored
    Procedures panel ADB21O as follows:
    -- new columns Version and Active are added and only display
       in DB2 V9. The Origin column is also added but is not new
       to V9. The External Security, Parameter Style, and Fenced
       columns are removed from the panel.
    -- the following new line commands are added in addition to
       the ENV command mentioned above: ACT - activate version,
       DRPV - drop version, and REG - regenerate version. Due to
       the addition of these commands, a new line command table
       is created for ADB21O and is invoked with the "?" command.
    -- the BLD and SRC line commands are disallowed  for native
       stored procedures (NSPs). If issued against an NSP, new
       error message ADB359E is issued.
    -- the COM (COMMENT ON) line command, which invokes panel
       ADB26RT,  incorporates new syntax for versioning
  
  - Support for INSTEAD OF of triggers:
    -- The "V" (view) command is now allowed against a trigger on
       panel ADB21J to show the view to which the selected trigger
       applies.
    -- On Tables panel ADB21T, the "J" (Triggers) line command now
       works on views as well as tables.
  
  - Interpretation panels are updated  for the following DB2
    catalog tables:
     SYSDATABASE, SYSTRIGGERS, SYSTABLESPACE,
     SYSINDEXSTATS/SYSINDEXSTATS_HIST, SYSTABLES, SYSROUTINES,
     SYSCHECKS, SYSCOLAUTH, SYSDBAUTH, SYSPACKAUTH, SYSPLANAUTH,
     SYSRESAUTH, SYSROUTINEAUTH, SYSSCHEMAAUTH, SYSSEQUENCEAUTH,
     SYSDATATYPES, SYSDBRM, SYSPACKAGE, SYSPACKDEP, SYSPARMS,
     SYSJAROBJECTS, SYSPLAN, SYSPLANDEP
  
  - Other:
    -- ADB21D: A new IMPLICIT column is added to the Databases
       panel to display the new SYSDATABASE column of the same
       name (only shown in DB2 V9).
    -- ADB21X:  A new COMPRESS column replaces the TYPE column
       in DB2 V9 on the Indexes panel.
    -- ADB21SA:  A value  of XML in the  LOCKSIZE field  on panel
       ADB21SA  indicates an  implicitly-created XML table space.
       The  value is protected since it cannot be changed.  Also,
       if a user attempts to change a value in this field to XML,
       an error message is issued.
