Error description

• Subspace ends with RC=0 even when Automatic delete/define fails
  and recovery not completed:
  The DRF Subordinate Address Space does not set the MVS
  return-code when an error is detected.  Code changes are
  required to set the MVS return code, in the event of a dataset
  allocation failure.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DRF subspace always returned RC=0 even  *
  *                      when allocation of recovery fails. The  *
  *                      subspace will now return RC=8 when      *
  *                      recovery is not succesfull.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  DRF sub a/s needs to set RC=8 when dataset allocation fails or
  when the recovery could not be completed successfully.
