APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21P
  "Application Plans" BIND command line command does not include
  MEM and LIB keywords for plans bound with both a package and a
  member.
  

Local fix

• Use the B / "Bind" line command version of the command on the
  panel and specify ? in the MEM, LIB and PKLIST fields on panel
  ADB21PB "Bind Application Plan".

  The algorithm has  been changed to test the value of AVGSIZE to
  determine if a DBRM is present, even though PLENTRIES indicates
  that PACKAGEs are present.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
