  This APAR enables HP Unload to run under IMS Version 11.
  
  And IPR unload utility allocates the output data sets
  dynamically in the following order:
   1. HPSOUT
   2. HPSLIST
   3. HPSRAPC  (if RAPCHECK=YES)
   4. HPSTRACE (if COMPAREDLI=YES, DIAGG=YES or TRACE=xxx)
   5. HPSSNAP

  | failed. The values rc and rsn are the decimal return code and
  | the hexadecimal reason code of the DYNALLOC macro.
  | System Action: The IPR Unload abends with a completion code
  | of U3621.
  | Programmer Response: Correct the error, and rerun the job.
  | If the error cannot be resolved, keep the dump produced
  | at the time of error and contact IBM Software Support.
