  *                       on the source have the same name after *
  *                       masking:                               *
  *                        GOCC032E - Duplicate record was       *
  *                                   detected for C2.T2.        *
  *                        GOCC002E - Severe error.              *
  *                                   Compare terminates.        *
  *                                   Customer complains that    *
  *                                   this message is misleading *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Object Compare issue the following message when Table and Alias
  found on source have the same name after masking:
  
   GOCC032E - Duplicate record was detected for C2.T2
   GOCC002E - Severe error. Compare terminates. Customer
              complains that this message is misleading.
  
  GOC was changed to add the additional diagnostic messages:
  1) If the problem is caused by masking:
        GOCC025E - Duplicate record was detected for object C2.T2
                   Error probably caused by masking.
                   Run will terminate.
  
  2) If the problem is caused by rename:
        GOCC025E - Duplicate record was detected for object  C1.T1
                   Error probably caused by rename of object
                   from C1.T1 to C2.T2.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed in Object Compare Ver 7.2.
