Local fix

• First relief for the 0C4 is included in PK76500, reducing
  the number of follow-on abends and cleanly restarting the

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When data retrieval requests are issued from the Classic
  Interface (VTAM), the DB2 interface module FPEVDB2I of the
  corresponding PE Server subtask might sporadically cause an
  ABEND S0C4 during copy processing of the performance data
  returned from DB2. The abend is caused by an intermittent
  mismatch in the sizes of the used buffers.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The sizes of the buffers are verified to match before data are
  copied.
  The code has been corrected accordingly.
