ignore the differences between a table based and index based
partitioned object.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DB2 Object Comparison Tool does not *
*                      ignore partitioning differences between *
*                      two  tables  when  the target table  is *
*                      partitioned and source table is not and *
*                      user selects the option to ignore them. *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
The  DB2 Object  Comparison  Tool  does not ignore  partitioning
differences  between two tables when target table is partitioned
and  source table is not  and user  selects the option to ignore
them. Partitioning information from the target is not completely
propagated when table is dropped and recreated.
