Error description

• Provide toleration support for the IMS Connect Degraded Systems
  Monitoring SPE. This SPE increases the size of the HWSXIBDS
  Datastore entry. Without this toleration APAR CEX may fail to
  route messages correctly and may even abend. This SPE for
  IMS Connect will be implemented via APARs PK70458 and PK70960.

  1. The Degraded system performance SPE's UK39175 UK39380
     change the length and content of the HWSXIBDS datastore
     entry. This APAR provides toleration support for these
     changes to prevent incorrect message routing behavior
     and/or abends.
  2. The Sync Callout SPE PK70078, PK70330, PK71135 add fields
     and flags to the IRM and OTMA headers. This APAR provides
     toleration support for these changes.
