PK73659: CQWeb modal window scroll bars are missing using Firefox.

Error description

• Client child form is very large in design. Form properties are:
  Width 500 and Height 420
  
  Most CQ users are using Linux and Unix machines and use Firefox
  2.0.0.4.
  
  When a user opens a child record, the modal window is not large
  enough to see all of the fields on the form. There are fields at
   the bottom of the form that can not be seen. A vertical scroll
  bar is NOT available to allow them to scroll down. This prevents
   modifying the record.
  
  Rational states that Firefox browser is supported, then all func
  tions should be supported or change Technote 1144624 and add a n
  ote to 'ClearQuest 7.0.x Supported Web Browsers' that not all fu
  nctions are supported and list the unsupported functions for eac
  h browser or remove that browser from the Technote.
