Error description

• The Master Address Space may fail to initialize, generating the
  following message:
  CQM1033E UNABLE TO CREATE MASTER ADDRESS SPACE, MASTER TIMED OUT
  The following related messages may also be generated in the
  Collector:
  CQM1026E SHARED MEMORY FAILURE FOR OBJECT CQM#SDIX DURING
  SHAREMEMOBJ REQUEST, RC=DC2, RS=71004021
  CQM1031E SERIOUS ERROR IN MASTER ADDRESS SPACE, CQMMSTR IS NOT
  READY
  CQM1031E SERIOUS ERROR IN MASTER ADDRESS SPACE, CQMMSTR HAS
  STALLED
  CQM1041E DB2 QUERY MONITOR SUBSYSTEM DD17 IS TERMINATING DUE TO
  THE TERMINATION OF THE MASTER ADDRESS SPACE
  

Local fix

• 1. Stop all of the Query Monitor V2.3 Collectors on the LPAR
  where the problem is occurring, if not already done.
  2. Issue a CANCEL for CQMMSTR, and then a FORCE if necessary.
  3. Restart a V2.3 Query Monitor Collector to start the Master
  Address Space.
  4. Restart any remaining Collectors.
