  Loads Integrity Checker product module.
  Analyzes a global option module
  Open LICON data set.

• FRXEDRF has been changed for the new keyword of LIU@GOPT.
  FRXEPSS0 and FRXEDRF0 have been recompiled for FRXEDRF change.
  FRXIAUX, FRXVRCV0 and FRXVSTA0 have been changed for the
  process of the support of LIU. FRXIOCN0, FRXIOSM0, FRXIVCN0
  and FRXIVSM0 have been recompiled for FRXIAUX change.
