PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Corellation header in async IFCID 6 replaced without respect to
some long strings. That may cause problem with DB2 V9 data
processing.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Processing in the Batch Engine has been corrected to process
IFCID 6 in the correct way. Changes made also to tolerate
invalid DB2 V9 IFCID 22 and IFCID 96.
