APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool CRE line command using the panel
  ADB26CT "Create Table" "As model" "YES" option does not create
  the correct DDL since the DEFAULT syntax, while correctly
  displayed on panel ADB26CTF "Create Table", is not included in
  the actual DDL executed.
  Additional symptom:
  DSNU728I DSNUKINE INVALID EXCEPTION TABLE CHECK DATA

  *                      create a new table 'like' an existing   *
  *                      table,  the column attributes for the   *
  *                      'Default'   value  is  not  recreated   *
  *                      correctly.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Modified the ADB26CRT exec  logic  to add NULL attribute to the
  CREATE statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• Incident is now resolved.
