Error description

• Errors on panels ZENCU ZENCLD EDM SNAPSHOT DYNAMIC SQL CACHE SQL
  DETAIL / ENCLAVE DETAIL INFORMATION.
  A new message should be displayed on thread detail screens when
  a thread has gone to inactive status.
  Also corrected:  When DB2 stopped and restarted.
   SVC DUMPs with titles:
    OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=OMDDB2
     , LMOD=#UNKNOWN#L, CSECT=NEWCYCLE, OFFSET=  0A34
    or
    OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=OMDDB2
     , LMOD=#UNKNOWN#L, CSECT=XDRVB2  , OFFSET=  02CA
  can result.  The ABENDs were the same:
   ABEND0C4-10 KO2CTHI2+12A2 (at APAR level PK49696).

      compatibility mode.
  
  4. ZPKG - the program logic has been fixed to correct this
      problem.
  
  5. ZLOCKW - return code not checked correctly from collection
     routine.
  
  6. NEWCYCLE - not checking for DB2 stop and restart.
