  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2  Admin & Object Comparison Tool *
  *                 who uses compress mask type.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When  compress  masktype is  specified, *
  *                      masking  gets overwrite  qualifier  and *
  *                      overwrite name from systablepart.dbname *
  *                      and  systablepart.tsname,    which  are *
  *                      blanks (in the version records given by *
  *                      DTC) for index controlled partitioning. *
  *                      When overwrite qualifier  and overwrite *
  *                      names are blanks, leads to this problem *
  *                      U4038 (oncode 520).                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
