  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DRF failed to issue the message when    *
  *                      CHECK or NOCHECK is specified with the  *
  *                      default TSR recovery.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  If TSR is specified with CHECK/NOCHECK option, then a correct
  error message is issued. However if there is no TSR or PITR
  specified (TSR will be the default) but CHECK/NOCHECK is
  an option, DRF failed to issue the error message.
