Error description

  • Query Monitor currently does not close reporting for a section
until aCLOSE (explicit or implicit) is detected for a section
or if a cursor is not held at COMMIT time. Code is being added
to close out the current exception and break the section into
seperate exceptions when an intervening OPEN with an SQLCODE of
zeroes is detected, while an OPEN has already been detected for
    the section.
