Comments
NSP support in the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS is being incrementally improved. Please note, currently, the target for the compare must be the active version of the NSP as support for comparing inactive versions will be added in the future. The result of comparing the two NSP's is that the source version will replace the active version on the target. There can be multiple versions on source and target specified. OC will process only the active version from the source by comparing it to versions from the target and generating the appropriate SQL statements ( could be ALTER REPLACE or ALTER ADD + ACTIVATE or ALTER PROCEDURE ALTER ...). Note. PK72445 includes the following 3 APARs fixes. - PK58018, PK84929, PK88790 o.PK58018 USERS AFFECTED Users of Object Compare and Change Management working with native SQL Procedures ( NSP's ).
