Also received KO2I0211W DAPICOMM STRUCTURE ACCESS FAILED FOR DB2
subsystem message before 0C4 abend.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
During its cleanup processing, the agent accessed a
control block representing the agent/collector connection after
the OMPE Common Collector freed it.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Ensure agent does not access connection-related control
blocks after OMPE Common Collector goes down.
