Error description

• Admin MIGrate function is generating incorrect DB2 Catalog
  Table Insert statements for FULLKEYCARDATA column for DPSI
  object resulting in msg:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL

  Some UPDATE DML statements did not use hex values for BIT DATA.
  When  the bit data contains a single quote,  and a hex value is
  not used, this can cause the SQL error -104 / SQLCODEN104.
