  HP Load utility allows the CS unload format for reloading HALDB
  without logical relationships or secondary indices.
  The reorg number of the unloaded HALDB is not contained in the
  CS unload format. Before using the CS format, activate the
  RECON REORGV option to store the reorg number in the RECON data
  set. HP Load obtains the reorg number from the RECON data set,
  instead of the unload data set. If the option is inactive, the
  reorg number in the DBDS and ILK will always be one.

    Explanation: The input format HD or SH (the short header
  | format), which is not allowed, is used for a High Availability
    Large Database.
    System Action: IMS High Performance Load issues a user 3669
    abend and a dump.
    Programmer response: IMS High Performance Load issues a user
    3669 abend and a dump.
    Problem determination: f the database to be reloaded is not a
    HALDB, check the format of the unloaded data set and the DBD.
  
  | HPSR3676E THE INPUT FORMAT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR A HALDB WITH A
  | PSINDEX
  | Explanation: The input format CS (the communication industry
  | standard format) is used for a HALDB with a partitioned
  | secondary index, which is not allowed.
  | System Action: IMS High Performance Load issues a user 3676
  | abend and a dump.
  | Programmer Response: If you want to reload a HALDB with a
  | partitioned secondary index, use the PHD format as input,
  | and rerun the job.
  | Problem Determination: Check the unloaded data set format
  | and the DBD if the database to be reloaded is HALDB with a
  | partitioned secondary index.
