  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an implicitly created              *
  *                      table is altered using the ALC          *
  *                      function to change the                  *
  *                      database name and/or                    *
  *                      table space name, compare               *
  *                      and analyze functions do not            *
  *                      recognize the change from               *
  *                      implicit to explicit. Compare           *
  *                      falsely reports that there are          *
  *                      no changes to the table.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Merge will handle the transition of the table moving
  from an implicit table space and/or database to
  explicit, and Object Compare will report and process
  this difference.
