Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS High Performance Load * * for z/OS Version 2 Release 1 (FMID=H1IM210) * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides the fix for two * * problems: * * * * 1. HP Load gets ABENDS0C4 when * * the SHISAM segment length is larger * * than the record size of VSAM KSDS. * * * * 2.No ILDS record is built when * * ILDSBLD=YES and SORT=YES are specified * * for splitting a PHDAM partition. * * * * 3.When ILDSBLD=YES is specified and * * DFSURIT0 issues an abend, HP Load * * receives ABEND0C4-4 in the HPSRHALx * * module (x=8,9,A). * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. * **************************************************************** This APAR provides the fix for the following two problems: 1. HP Load gets ABENDS0C4 when the SHISAM segment length is larger than the record size of VSAM KSDS. 2. When ILDSBLD=YES and SORT=YES are specified for splitting a PHDAM partition, no ILDS record is built, because CLOSE macro is issued before the 1st PUT macro. HP Load fails in building ILDS, although,it returns RC=00. 3. When ILDSBLD=YES is specified and DFSURIT0 issues an abend, HP Load receives ABEND0C4-4 in CSECT HPSRRLDx of the HPSRHALx load module (x=8,9,A) and fails to issue an error message: HPSR3735E NONZERO RETURN CODE FROM DFSURIT0; ....
