APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB21KI1 "Interpretation of an
Object in SYSPACKAGE" does not show the DB2 9 RELBOUND value "M"
in the field "Version under which plan bound".

Local fix

  • Issue the "B" command line command on panel ADB21K "Packages"
and then issue the "F RELBOUND" command on panel ADB2BRIF
"Browse Result of SQL Select".

*                 information for a package.                   *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: RELBOUND is incorrectly displayed as a  *
*                      blank when it should be V9.             *
*                      Version under which plan bound should   *
*                      be Version under which package bound.   *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Translation of M to V9 was missing. Incorrect reference to plan
has been changed to package.

Problem conclusion

  • The problems have been fixed.
