Problem summary

• Long lasting SQL queries against table JCR.LNK_USER_ROLE by
  RoleManagerDataAccess.getRolesForPrincipal
  This usually occurs when having a large amount of data stored
  in the JCR database, e.g via WCM that have a large number of
  user-to-role access control mappings.
  Recommended WCM PKs to optimized PAC usage: PK65930, PK65926
  

Problem conclusion

• Introduced a cache synchronization in PAC RoleManager. Calls
  to query and compute the roles are synchronized for same
  principal and resourcetype. This prevents multiple executions of
  the same PAC code path and SQL statements for group-to-role
  mappings (e.g. all authenticated users) against JCR resources.
