In the scenario where there is a workflow with a first stage containing a scheduled move action (with a move date set to the past) and a second stage containing a publish action. Then a published content is edited to have a publish date set to a future date and the workflow is changed to the workflow described, the content would move from the first stage but the publish action is inactive.

Problem Analysis: The scheduled actions was being intepreted as being part of the old workflow of the content and therefore was being set to inactive instead of being processed Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General) Problem Solution: Scheduled actions that are part of the new workflow of the content is recognised and will be processed instead of being set to inactive.
