PK70382: PowerBuilder command Get Latest Version results in 'file already exists' error message

Error description

• The PowerBuilder command Get Latest Version will result in the f
  ollowing messages:
  ' SCC API - ClearCase
  
  C:\Path\stuff.sra already exists in
  the local project path.
  Press OK to overwrite or press Cancel to cancel the operation.
  '
  
  This can happen numerous times with large pbls, making CC unusab
  le. Furthermore, this will hijack the file in a snapshot view. A
   documented workaround for Diffs (which have the same problem) i
  s to checkout the file first.

Problem conclusion

• The error message appeared because object files were left
  undeleted in the temporary location due to some previous
  source control operation. This scenario would occur if the
  PowerBuilder IDE crashed before the source control operation
  completed.
