    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When the OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER is started and the
Performance Warehouse (PWH) database DB2PM for the monitored DB2
subsystem is not available, the initialization routine for the
corresponding PESERVER Instance is not able to access tables
of the database and terminates the used RRSAF thread.
Consecutive DB2 IFI READS requests which are issued to retrieve
performance data to be displayed in the Classic user interface
or to be stored in the snapshot history data set fail with
return code 8 and reason code 00C12219. No performance data are
returned to the requester. Messages KO2O1941E, KO2O1942E and
    FPEV0567W are issued instead.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
When the initialization routine for a PESERVER Instance
can not access the PWH database, the used DB2 connection and
thread remain open for consecutive performance data retrieval
    requests.
When DB2 IFI READS requests are returned with return code 8 and
reason code 00C12219, the existing connection to DB2 is
terminated and a new connection and thread is created to handle
    further requests.
