  Under the conditions described above,   two allocations of the
  SYSREC data set are performed in the LOAD step: one by the DB2
  Load utility  when it processes the TEMPLATE  statement in the
  Load control cards,  and the other via the SYSREC DD statement
  in the LOAD step JCL.
  
  This does not present a problem if the SYSREC data set is a disk
  file. However, if this data set is a tape file,  the "VOLUME NOT
  AVAILABLE" failure occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Skeleton ADB27TL is modified to suppress the batch LOAD step
  SYSREC DD if templates are being used with DB2 Unload.
