Local fix
Problem summary
When the customer tries to put a secondary path into the outline directory in ReqWeb the value is still set to null and they cannot save the new file path.
Problem conclusion
This is a problem with permission the WAS service is running as. For access to registry values the service must run as the administrator and not as the default system admin account. To make this change locate the WAS Service and go into the Properties. On the properties go to the Log On tab and change the value to Run As. Type in the administrator accont and password. Close the dialog and restart the service and this should solve the problem. Note: Running the service as the Local System account while logged in as administrator is not the same as making the change above.
